This website supports Christian single members in the Eastside of the Portland Metropolitan Area and is supported by its main sponsor Good Shepherd Community Church in Boring, Oregon, and those we serve. However, it is not an official website of Good Shepherd Community Church or any other organization.
Please take a look at our Mission, Vision, and Objectives page to understand our goals. We strongly believe in a fellowship that supports singles, ministers to their needs, and leads to service to others. Many singles are afraid of taking that first step only to find out how rewarding and easy it is.
Check out the Church Sponsorship page for more information on sponsoring churches. The Organization Structure page show how we are structured and specific sponsoring churches (available to members only).

This ministry has two focuses. First, we are adult singles of area churches. Secondly, our goal is to minister to members of the community who are single.
As members of the church we do not focus on being a separate group from other members. Our focus is on creating an environment and fellowship that helps in supporting each other and our specific needs, and to actively promote God in the community. By being strong Christians we can in turn bring that strength back to our churches and other singles.
